If you read the article, you’ll find this particular one is spec-agnostic. The idea is to teach people who are completely new to playing a DK how their cooldowns/runes/etc. work, not give them a perfect rotation. If you look on the “Blood” article, the very rotation you listed is the one presented.

Following your rotation method my DPS went down at lvl 78 from 900odd to 650. This is totally wrong for blood spec.

Should be IT PS HS HS O DC and theres variations here too if you can get your dancing rune weapon up at the beggining do that first then theres double diseases.

Blood Strike sux.

Thanks, but you left out the fishing equivalent buff foods:
Attack: Grilled Sculpin, Poached Northern Sculpin
Crit: Poached Nettlefish, Spicy Blue Nettlefish
